About result and Work
Hi there,
I decide to start to blog in order to share my view, mood and opinion for anything I like.
The previous I have write some thing call "Email Chain" and from there many of my friends feel nice and enjoy for reading it. And now I will move it in this blog.
WHat today topic?
Is Result very important in order to get a Job???
Today I meet a LC friend keep kacau me and said it is very important to have a good result in order to find a job. I tell him it is not important coz you have own a degree on it. If result important that those who result is not that good mean no need work???
But the busted still keep in hand on his idea. Keep kacau and said it is very important!! and said what big company all want to have at least CGPA 3.0 and above. Well this may be true but bare in mind, 3.0 cgpa above is only one people? Kanasai, there are so many people have also with over cgpa 3.0, U c local University, all sup sup water to have the result. Mean that big company also receive many resume at that kind result la. Sai le.
So mean no good result forever no need go big company ah? Sure not la, use relationship, basically don care how good your result is, if you don have any body in that company to introduce you join it, than what you can do is by luck nia ma. U think U the only person with the resume cgpa 3.0 ah?
Some more Freshgrate said really la, is base in relationship no result la. Every month so many people gradue, U thing U r the only top student meh?
Than the next following he said he got SAP. Very important by having SAP.
I said, suck la! U do admin work want SAP for what?
U do purchasing, sale want SAP for KAM ah?
Lei nia le, only u work as programming need nia ma, U some more said industrial training as a programmer is very susah, hard and some more no OT. And now you want be programmer back??? Than U talk ALL LO.
I agree result is important but that is only a minor part for some work nia. Mostly want you have job experience eh. U think U graduate liao those big companies must you join in their company meh? Siao eh... don be silly, work any company 1st la as long as you get the job. But the funny thing is, the Ciao Lang, person want study for Master and talk crab to me about how to find job, really CB!
So, I really tulan to talk with him, waste my time n energy.
As a conclusion, Beta industrial trainnig is work in a company who help fresh grate to find job eh. Most fresh grate only apply 2 or 3 big companies and wait result. they don want other company liao, so they sure go die! I am a trainee be there to SM those people tell them apply more, SO I think now you and me also need apply more in order to get job but don just focus on big company la. work 1st, than slow slow jump la!
